• Come and see us at the Wythenshawe Games!!!

    The Wythenshawe Ganes are a fantastic, free event for all abilities, and this year we are taking part offering short bellydance taster sessions - and hopefully enticing yet more people to take up this wonderful hobby!

    We will be doing four sessions over the first two days of the event - at 1pm and 3pm - so if you're nearby, why not come along, see what's on offer, and try something new?

  • Midsummer already!

    Wow this year has gone by very fast - with lots of dancing and parties to attend we have been kept very busy!

    I just wanted to mention that with Summer approaching there will be a few weeks when I have to skip classes. The dates below are when there will be NO CLASS;

    8th June

    6th July

    Otherwise we will be running classes throughout the summer unless I post dates here. SO if your usual bellydance class is closing for summer term, but you just want to keep on dancing - come along and join us - like summer camp :)

  • New year - new term

    So now we're into 2017 and can look back on a great year of dancing and performing. What will 2017 hold for us? More shimmying, more choreographies, more laughing, more friends, more haflas - let's enjoy it!!

    Classes start back on Thursday 5th January - see you there x

  • Why Bellydance?

    Here's a great little video clip of ordinary women saying why they bellydance and what they get from it. If you've often wondered if this is something you might like, but think it's 'not for you', then have a look and maybe think again :)

    Why Bellydance?

    The video clip was made by dancers in the North East, but there are classes all over the UK, and we have a great network of get-togethers making it a very social activity to get involved in.

  • Summer holidays - classes still on

    Hi, it may be summer holidays for most people, but our bellydance classes are still running through the summer on Thursday evenings.

    The Lifestyle Centre is such a great venue, and it has lovely cool air conditioning so even on these hot days we can still shimmy our socks off (not that we wear any!) and not get overheated.

    So why not come on down and give bellydancing a try? I'm sure you'll love it
